| Western Pacific Associates was founded in 1971 by Bill Crowe.
In December of 1996, Bill sold his interest to me. I came to Western Pacific with a twenty-six year history in
sales for Continental Manufacturing Co. For sixteen of those
years, I also served Continental as the Sales Manager for the eleven
western states.
Western Pacific has a sales staff of (6) with over 142 years of combined sales experience in janitorial, food service, industrial, health care, lodging, safety and cash & carry distribution. We cover Southern California, Arizona, Southern Nevada and Baja, Mexico. Our people are aware of a distributor’s needs and are experienced in dealing with top management. We provide an educated sales staff with the ability, not only to sell products, but to create programs to ensure distributor success. Western Pacific also offers an extremely competent and courteous sales staff with over 47 years experience in the janitorial and food service industries. A toll free phone number is provided for easy access by customers and distributor sales reps. Our sales personnel have Nextel, direct connect cellular phones to ensure prompt contact with customers and Western’s headquarters office. In addition, we have a video equipped training facility and conference room for sales meetings and distributor training. Our large warehouse is used exclusively for samples and sample distribution. We are well versed in modern communications with on-line availability. Also, we routinely create attractive, efficient promotional mailings for our vendors and distributor customers. Laddi R.
